Expanding his professional expertise with a global legal vision, Mithat İnce has participated as an invited visitor at the Tribunal de Grande Instance de Paris and the International Criminal Court (ICC). These international engagements provided him the opportunity to observe and analyze global legal norms and judicial practices at the highest level.

has reinforced his legal education with a visionary perspective gained in international platforms. Since his university years, he has focused on the global dynamics of law, participating in international conferences such as the OSCE in Vienna and the EMCDDA in Lisbon.

Mithat Yağız İnce focuses on Commercial Law, Law of Obligations, and Enforcement & Bankruptcy Law. With his proficiency in Legal English, he plays an active role in the management of foreign-element disputes and international contract negotiations.

In addition to his expertise in traditional branches of law, he provides strategic consultancy in International Entertainment Law and Corporate Compliance. Leveraging his academic certifications in risk analysis and regulatory management, he provides the technical and legal guidance required by the modern business world.
